Welcome to Isla Provisions. By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

 

🌴 Service Overview 

Isla Provisions provides a curated grocery and essentials delivery and private culinary services for hotels, rentals and provisioning for yachts across East Coast Puerto Rico. Our offerings include locally sourced produce, pantry staples, beverages, toiletries, and specialty items tailored to hospitality needs. 

 

🛒 Orders & Fulfillment 

• Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance of requested delivery. Cut off time to send orders is 5pm for next day delivery. Any add-ons to all orders should be sent before 6:00am the day of delivery, without additional costs. 

• Availability of products may vary based on seasonality, supplier inventory, and location. 

• We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a product is unavailable. 

• Custom requests (e.g., dietary preferences, brand-specific items) must be submitted via phone, order form or email. 

 

💳 Pricing & Payment 

• Prices are subject to change based on supplier rates, seasonal fluctuations, and delivery logistics. 

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 

• Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept major credit cards and digital payment platforms. 

• A service fee and delivery fee may apply depending on location and order size. 

 

🚚 Delivery Terms 

• Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure accuracy. 

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, or access restrictions. 

• If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt contact. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee. 

 

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds 

• Orders may be canceled 6:00PM day before scheduled delivery for a refund less 5% fee. 

• Cancellations after this window may be subject to a partial refund or store credit. 

• Refunds are processed within same day and returned to the original payment method. Please see refund policy for further information. 

 

📦 Product Quality & Substitutions 

• Products on our site are curated for convenience, price and quality. If at checkout, the substitute box is checked, substitutes of similar or higher quality will be made at no additional charge. If product is unavailable for substitution, we will provide a complete refund of item. 

 

🔐 Privacy & Data Use 

• Isla Provisions does not store user information. Data collected from cookies is used for marketing purposes only

⚖️ Limitation of Liability 

• Isla Provisions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify that selected items are suitable and permissible for their intended use. Isla Provisions operates exclusively as a delivery service and does not assume responsibility for product selection or usage compliance.
