Refund Policy
Cancellations-
At Isla Provisions, we prioritize your satisfaction. Because of the volume and dedication to deadlines, cancellation requests must be made at least 24hrs before your scheduled delivery. On the day of delivery, our crew will be working hard shopping for your custom items, and no refund will be available at this point. In cases of emergency (such as a hurricane) or your order has yet to be filled, exceptions will be made. Please note that all refunds will be subject to 5% processing fee to cover costs of doing business. Thank you for your understanding.
Product Refund-
Our packing & delivery crew takes great care to ensure your items are thoughtfully packed and double checked for freshness. If any product arrives damaged or not up to standard, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can quickly provide a replacement or exchange during your stay. Refunds are subject to a product inspection process, which allows us to continue training our crew and improve our standard of service for our clients.
