Dark & Stormy
Ingredients
2 oz dark rum
5 oz ginger beer
Garnish: Lime wedge
Instructions
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Pour ginger beer over the ice, leaving room for the rum.
Slowly pour the rum on top to create a layered effect.
Add a lime wedge to the rim of the glass.
